Registration: starting at 12:00 on Thursday September 27th. You may also send in your registration by mail at by September 6.

Conference fees:
$90.00 (includes $15 membership fee and Friday banquet)
$60.00 (reduced rate for graduate students, includes banquet)
Extra banquet tickets $30
Fees payable by cheque or in cash at registration or by mail.
